Thank you for choosing Bayberry Grooming, iLuvmypack LLC to be your pup's mobile groomer. Your pet is so very important to us, we would like to assure that we take every effort possible to make your pup's grooming experience and safe and as pleasant as we can.

 

Pre- Existing Condition Waiver: You agree that Bayberry Grooming is not responsible for any known or unknown pre-existing medical conditions that may be affected by the grooming process. In the event that mats are found, you authorized your stylist to shave matted area or areas. You understand shaving a matted pet may reveal pre existing skin conditions that were unable to be identified prior to shaving and that Bayberry Grooming is not responsible for issues that revealed or arise due to shaving matted pet, including; skin irritations, poor hair regrowth, coat color change, nicks, moles, skin growths, aural hematoma, and odd behaviors.

 

Vaccinations: Bayberry Grooming requires that your pet's Rabies vaccine is current and any other vaccines required by local or state law. It is possible for vaccinated pets to become ill with an infectious condition despite being vaccinated. You agree that you will not hold Bayberry Grooming liable in the event that your pet becomes ill with an infectious condition during or after its service.

 

Allergic / Adverse Reactions: You agree that Bayberry Grooming is not responsible for allergic reactions from the manufacturer- recommended usuales of any products. Although a pet may experience allergic reaction to grooming products at any time, flea and tick products are associated with a higher incidence of reactions.

 

Service Policies: Your pet will be dried with a high velocity dryer. If you have a specific request for a drying method, it is your responsibility to advise us. Your pet will be tethered during the service. If we feel the safety or well being of your pet and/or associate is at risk, a cone or muzzle may be used or we may refuse or discontinue service.

 

Regular scheduled appointments of 3, 4 or 6 week intervals are required to remain active on the client list. If you choose not to schedule your next appointment, we will not guarantee availability for future appointments. Appointments must be pre scheduled for a minimum of 3 months up to 1 year in advance. A 20-30% charge may be applied if we are unable to service your pet by 6 weeks. 

 

We allow a 1.5 hour window for your groomer to arrive. We ask that you are home within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. An ETA will be sent when your groomer is on the way. Each appointment is scheduled based on each dog's individual needs 

 

Pricing: Pricing listed on the Bayberry Grooming website are starting base price estimates. Pricing is based on the pet’s breed, size, coat/skin condition, style of cut, temperament, age, and any added services needed. Pets who require longer grooming sessions will be charged according to the amount of time needed to complete services. Special handling fees will be applied to aging pets and pets with behavioral issues. These pets are considered high risk grooms and require special handling and care. If live active fleas are found present during the grooming session an automatic charge of $30 will be added and a flea bath will be given to your pet. Impacted undercoats will be charged an automatic $60-80 for removal. Head to toe shave downs due to matting is an automatic $50-80 added to the total service price. All additional fees charged are at the discretion of the groomer. Fees average $15-$80,

 

Payment Method: Payment is to be made at the time of service. Payment can be cash, check, venmo, or zelle. Returned checks will incur a $35 charge. Our rates are based on the breed of pet, temperment, and condition of the coat. Nail clipping and ear cleaning are part of the service unless the service is too stressful for the pet or puts the groomer at risk.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 48 hours notice to waive the FULL appointment fee. In event of a family emergency or any uncontrollable circumstances, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within 48 hour notice. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.

 

No Show Policy: It is considered a "no show" when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the groomer to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to charge the FULL grooming fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a "no-show". Please make every effort to reach out and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA: Bayberry Grooming reserves the right to post video and pictures of grooming, finished haircuts, and pets who receive services from the business. I agree to authorize the use of photos and/or information related to my pets experience at this establishment. I understand my pet may be used in publications including electronic, audio visual, promotional material, advertising, community presentations, letters to area legislators, media and/or similar ways. Consent is freely given without expecting payment or discounts. I release Bayberry Grooming and their respective employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability which may arise from the use of such new media, stories, promotional materials, written articles, videos and/or photographic images.

 

"We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason."

 

Agreement: If filling the service agreement online, you agree that clicking the 'I accept" button as your electronic signature, having the same effect as an original signature and will constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions herein. YOU AGREE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ADVISE YOUR GROOMER OF ANY CHANGES TO YOUR RESPONSE AT TIME OF CHECK-IN.
